End User Terms and Conditions

MicroPay App

These End User Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MicroPay Mobile Application (“MicroPay” or the “App”), provided by Traxion Tech, Inc. (“TraxionPay”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using MicroPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, and keep your
account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all
activities under your account.

2. General Terms

MicroPay allows you to process digital payments, send and receive funds, make donations, and access supported financial services through approved providers.

We may add or remove features or supported payment methods at any time.

MicroPay is not a bank and does not hold deposits, issue loans, or extend credit.

3. Account Linking with TraxionPay

Existing TraxionPay users may link their account with MicroPay to enable secure and seamless access between the two platforms.

Linking is voluntary and requires your consent.

You may revoke your consent to link accounts at any time via the App or by contacting customer support.

4. Use of the App

You agree not to use MicroPay for:

– Illegal transactions or fraudulent activities;
– Restricted business activities (including gambling, adult content, sale of prohibited goods, or money laundering);
– Misrepresentation of your identity or business.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for misuse or violation of these Terms.

5. Donations

If you use MicroPay to make or collect donations, your information may be collected to confirm the donation, issue receipts, and comply with charitable regulations. We are not responsible for how recipient organizations use donations after they are transferred.

6. Fees and Taxes

Certain services may be subject to fees as published in the App or on our website.

You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or government charges related to your use of the App.

7. Data Privacy and Security

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your data is used to provide and improve services, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with regulations.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials; we are responsible for securing our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

MicroPay is provided “as is” and we make no warranties about uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or legal requirements.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately, but obligations relating to completed transactions remain.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be resolved through good-faith discussions.

If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in Pasig City, Philippines.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
